The MRSA Executive Board is elected by and accountable to the membership. Together, Board members provide leadership, represent member interests, and guide the direction of the Association in support of fair, respectful, and transparent workplace practices.

The Board includes the President, two Vice Presidents, the Treasurer, eight Directors at Large, and an appointed Board of Governors Representative—each playing a key role in advancing the priorities of MRSA members.
