I have been with MRU since April 2022, working in the Information Technology Services program management office. Prior to that, I worked for Bell, TELUS, and Shaw Communication.

Throughout my career, I have built a reputation as a problem solver and effective communicator, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with a diverse group of people. I previously worked on a merger and execution program for a telecommunications company that operated in seventeen countries. My job was to collaborate with the regulatory authority and other members of the community to establish open and transparent working relationships that would result in successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

I received my master’s degree in service leadership and innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology. Presented papers at conferences in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North America. My professional experience includes strategic business planning, policy development, and the establishment of program management offices across three continents. Passionate about building exceptional teams and relationships, with a proven track record of achieving long-term organizational success.
