Laine Fowler

I joined the MRSA as its first Labour Relations Officer (LRO) in June 2021.  Previous to this I worked for a large health care union, as an LRO, for 14 years.  In my role I provide support to all MRSA members for representation and general employment advice, and support the negotiations process in collective bargaining.

I find the working environment with MRSA engaging and exciting – working for a small post secondary union that is constantly working to improve and enhance opportunities for its members.
